I had a great experience with Bascom Law for my estate planning. The entire process was efficient, thorough, and extremely well organized. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answer my questions, and make sure I understood each part of the process rather than simply handing me a stack of legal documents. I also really appreciate that Bascom Law is a family business. The father handled my original intake, and I ultimately closed with his son, Brad. What impressed me most was how seamless that transition was—Brad knew my information and estate plan inside and out and was completely prepared when we met. It really demonstrated the level of communication and organization within the firm. Estate planning can feel overwhelming, but they made the process straightforward and manageable. Brad was very good. It took three one hour meetings to create a trust. In the end we have a 50 page binder with a full set of legal instructions for if we pass. They were very thorough including various IF scenarios. I had a will done 15 years ago with a different company and it was nowhere near as good as my experience with Bascom. Highly recommended.

Trust Fund clearly explained. It appears every contingency has been covered. Our primary concern, that of protecting our assets for our son appears to have been assuaged. This firm has made us feel more secure about the disposition of our estate and therefore I would highly recommend Bascom Law for estate planning.
